Description
The orange strap (Level 4) is 2-1/2″ wide and provides 5-13 lbs. of resistance. This 80″ long band can be used for mid-level strength training, or in a rehabilitation setting. This is the strongest of the compression straps that we sell. This strap will provide intense compression for most adult men to use only on their thighs unless they are unusually large or very comfortable with the other levels of compression. This strap will be too intense for most adult women. This strap is not recommended for most teens’ & younger children.
The black strap (Level 3) is 2-3/8″ wide and provides 4-11 lbs. of resistance. This 80″ long band can be used for mild-level strength training, or in a rehabilitation setting. This is the second strongest of the compression straps that we sell. Most adult men will do well with this strap for their arms & calves. Most adult women will do well with this strap for their thighs. This strap will be too intense for many teens or younger.
The green strap (Level 2) is 2-1/4″ wide and provides 3-9 lbs. of resistance. This 80″ long band can be used for light-level strength training, or in a rehabilitation setting. This is the second lightest of the compression straps that we sell. This strap will be too light for most adult men to use unless they are unusually tight like after an extremely taxing competition. Most adult women will do well with this strap for their arms & calves. This strap will be good for many teens’ thighs but probably not younger children.
The yellow strap (Level 1) is 1-7/8″ wide and provides 2-6 lbs. of resistance. This 80″ long band can be used for entry level strength training, or in a rehabilitation setting. This is the lightest of the compression straps that we sell. This strap will be too light for most adult men to use. This strap will be too light for most adult women to use unless they are unusually tight like after an extremely taxing competition. This strap will be good for most teens’ & younger children.
